My name is Dr. Steve Robertson, and I'm the founder of the Boise Leadership Academy.
I've been leading leadership development programs for more than 14 years at organizations like Hewlett Packard, St. Luke's Health System, and teaching in Boise State's MBA program.
Over the years, I've discovered there are a handful of fundamental team-leadership mindsets, practices, and skills that make all the difference. I created the Boise Leadership Academy to provide an encouraging and supportive learning community for new leaders in the Boise area who want to master these fundamentals, strengthen their leadership, AND create workplaces where team members can thrive and make a bigger impact.
